So I know people check you out before inviting you for an interview. That's old news. But is actually messaging someone ok? Is this an attempt to check their social networking skills? In which case why can't they try twitter, considering most fb pages are private so you can't see someone's activity anyway. What about having a different name for your facebook too? Would not being able to find you mean you could loose out on a job? Let me know your thoughts.
